I love this app because you can get on there and see the results of all your testing that you've had done all of your visits notes medication anything wrong someone and so forth you can check it anytime, and it's there and that's flat out completely and totally convenient beyond the shadow of a doubt that way you don't have to go to the doctor just to know the results, PLUS they also call you and let you know what the test noticed if it noticed anything they also tell you if everything looks fine

Worst app ever, totally expunged all of my medical record, I called customer service, and they left me on voice mail, never got back to me. The clinics didn't give much help either.

Can't get it to work. Also, I need something on my computer. As primary caregiver for my husband, I need to be able to access his chart as well for medications and appointments. So I have to download for him on his phone? And if mine doesn't work, his probably won't either. Why can't things just be left alone?

Worst billing experience ever. Took 8 months to correct. Prescription refill requests seem to be missed, or not monitored.
