Carrier says 1500 watt on full running and half ac runs on 500watt. But carrier ac full runing 2000watt. Why carrier ac has not automatic internal swing. I have tired to change manul internel swing lever like a cooler.

Hopeless company have installed defective Split AC and even after complaining several times nothing is done in last 8 days, no senior person is ready to talk on customer care number. I highly recommend not to buy any product of this company. This company doesn't deserve even 1 star as there is no option otherwise negative marking was done.

I booked for ac servicing, changed capacitor. Capacitor MRP they erased in the cover. Later found, MRP is ₹650, they charge me ₹700 whereas price of that capacitor is ₹399 on Amazon and ₹350 in local market. This is clear cheating. If carriers technician charge more price for parts, will customers keep calling them again to be cheated again?

App is not complete in functionality. Even the Carrier/Carrier Customer care do not have complete Control on it. Only for ticket generation which also went missing from app when ticket was completed by their service center personnel (which are too unprofessional, irresponsible egoistic etc. overall don't bother to care customer issues) as they completed the ticket without completing the task. With this experience I highly recommend don't go for any Carrier/Media product. They are so pathetic.
