The app and the machine are trash!! At time the machine won't recognize anything you Scan or your email. It's getting real stupid and y'all are losing money with this machine not working!!!

I made an account on the app, added $10 and CAN NOT get my credentials to work at the canteen checkout at work. My supervisors even tried helping me with no luck. I tried making a new account at the canteen kiosk with a different email, and it still will not work for me. Turns out you don't even need an account and can just use your debit card at the kiosk, so I'm now trying to delete my account to get my $10 back, and it won't let me delete my account now. Avoid making an account at all costs.
