I've been a fan for over 20 years. I used to have the mobile app on my phone (almost all the features were free back then) until my cellphone provider included security and call-screening in their service. In April 2022, I bought a tablet, installed the app, and upgraded to premium. To this day, the app still doesn't recognize that I have a subscription. I've contacted support several times. This last time, they didn't even acknowledge the receipt of my email. I'm so disappointed.

U have to register/open an account & Upgrade to access All the features. After I used to scan my phone, its risk report said "your phone is secure" Yet, just before this, the small Free antivirus lite App by AIO Studio, said : There's 5 Viruses/Malware in 5 Apps in this same phone of nineteen its' Notifs say "Virus Database Update 345 Virus Signatures added" ⬅️ When I click 2 Read this Notif, It's Not opening & now this Comodo App doesNt wanna even open.❕❔

I'm not sure what's more ridiculous, that I pay yearly for CIS Premium on my desktop and their mobile security (this app) is not included, and I have to have two separate accounts OR that the firewall module REQUIRES the use of their VPN module even though I already have an active VPN through Proton, which only requires one account and does cover both, premium or not. I will be uninstalling and when my year with CIS is up, moving away from Comodo entirely.
