Can't access advanced settings (I assume that's what the gear icon is) because the app crashes every single time I try to access it Doesn't force your users to use an app to manage their network if you can't be bothered to make it work properly Better yet, give us old-school network technicians the option to use the stupid web panel already built into the modem It's already there, we all have web browsers, so why are we forced to use an app that has a major crashing problem

I'm always having issues with this app. I'll lock certain devices at night, and then when I try to unlock them in the morning, I keep getting messages to contact the service provider. Huge pain in the butt and has prevented us from being able to access the internet for our work and school we do from home.

Our old deco box/app had fewer problems, faster internet and more options than this. We have children at our house that can't get off the phones/consoles at night, and so we pause the internet BUT if the device is off you loose ALL ability to go into their user profile and change anything. You also can't remove users from the list once they've joined your network. And IDK about anyone else, but we have been kicked off of our router multiple times.
