After login with merchant credentials, Promt for OTP. But can't receive through the mobile number that registered with Merchant Account

Can't create an account as described. After entering my card details, it just came back to login page without complete the registration. Now I can't log in or create a new account...very poor app, and I am not sure about the security of this application. So many bugs to resolve.

Minimal support from Kaduwela branch officers to get information about this app to register as a merchant. BOC branch gave a good supportive service for their QR app registration. Really disappointed about your service.
