People in store had put wrong a special label and then at the checkout I was charged full price. They said it doesn't have a special price, and they asked if I still wanted the item full price. I told them about their policy that says I will get the item for free if they have the wrong label with wrong price. They clearly didn't know their own policy. I sent an inquiry online to Coles. It was saying I will get a reply in 1 or 2 business days and I never got one. I'm deleting my account.

I like Coles to go into shop, but their online shopping is ridiculous they forget to deliver things then you don't get a refund they keep your money so you're forced to do another shop. Also make sure you check the amount Coles says there is every time I've been short-changed. I wouldn't shop online if I didn't have a disability making it impossible to shop in store. I'd shop at Woolworths, but they don't have a lot of stuff I like to eat. Aldi don't even cater for people with disabilities
