Professional and reliable taxi service in Colchester. Very clean cars and polite drivers. The app is great! Very easy to use, you can track your taxi, and you also get a text when your taxi has arrived. Well deserved 5 stars!

Booking taxis in advance with the app is no guarantee of a booking. The app just notifies the office of your request when the time you booked it for comes around, and you just join a queue. Three times I have been left stranded in the early hours whilst leaving off work, by text, with no other way of getting home, and this even though I have booked 24 hours or more in advance. A friend was let down last minute on an airport run having booked a week in advance. You'll get abuse if you complain.

The app needs to have an option to book multiple stops and also the ability to put in your flight number so that taxi drivers know if flight is delayed or not

Please fix the bugs in the app, it is difficult to book a cab because it always says there's an error. Just recently, I tried cancelling a booking but could not, then the driver came, and he wasn't happy because he had wasted his time (not knowing I had already canceled the booking) and I understand his pain. Please fix whatever issue this is. Just so you know, my network was perfect, even switched to a different network, restarted the app, did all the troubleshooting, it didn't work
