★★★★★ Super easy to use. It signals you once the cycle is completed. It's another way of learning technology when logging in and out, recharging the card. Everything's at tip fingers. 100% 👌

★★★★★ It wouldn't find the machine. I had to turn off my Bluetooth device that was connected to my phone

★★★★★ The machines are always clean and tell you when cycle will be finished and sends remi ders of the number of machine, in case you have multiple loads and forget. Once I installed the App it is so easy to refill for laundry services. Machines clean and dry well.

★★☆☆☆ With the update the app can't find my laundry room location automatically, but it won't let me go to the screen where I manually enter a code

★★☆☆☆ The machines do not clean my clothes. The dryer burns my clothes. When I complain I don't even get a response. I wouldn't even give one start if I had a choice.

★★☆☆☆ I can't even log into my account anymore. It goes to the login page and gets stuck in a "Location not found" loop, with just one "OK" button that brings it back to the login page with the same error.

★★☆☆☆ When machines break down you need to be more vigilant when it comes to coming to repair them!!! I've been waiting 3+ months on a damn dryer to get fixed and pur second washer you just recently came and fixed!!! Shouldn't be that difficult when we complain through the damn app is all.

★★☆☆☆ Glitchy but ultimately it works. Wouldn't accept my postal code and had to say I was across the street in a different postal code, but it works
