Coin Cloud ATM takes your money and doesn't pay your crypto. Customer service is difficult to contact, and didn't resolve the issue with the ATM. Avoid. They are a ripoff.

Stole $80usd from me... Tried to get cash from one of their ATMs. Didn't work with my regular wallet, So I had to transfer it to a wallet made with this app... They took my money and the transaction never went through. Just said canceled after 2 hours of waiting ... Called customer support and was told that the machine I visited was not configured to take BCH (Bitcoin cash).... DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SERVICE

I opened my account got my $21 taken the first time. The second time I deposited money into the machine. They said 19 mins I'll receive my btc. It's now going on 12 hrs. AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY BTC OR MY MONEY. NEXT IS BUSINESS BUREAU. NOBODY SHOULD WAIT OVER 12 HRS.
