While the support is friendly this app itself is a total scam. An attractive woman reached out and made a connection the very first day I installed the app, but the app crashed, and I was informed there was an error, but support didn't address this properly for weeks during which time the match gave up waiting. The app tells you that you have potential matches and to see them they advertise an estimated $20 monthly fee but when you attempt to find out more you see it's actually $50. Scam.

Pathetic, barely works on Android. Need to forcibly stop the app to see new messages or bagels. Have wiped data or reinstall to see more than 6 new bagels. Useless tech support who won't take responsibility for their app bugs. Designed specifically to give you a big batch of bagels just before your subscription renews. Platinum is 125% more expensive than Premium for very few and worthless extra features. Even if you have Platinum you still need to buy beans to use Discover or send flowers
