This app helps me with everything I need, it helps me archive my dream physic, helps me with what and what not to eat and tells you what specifically to do in order to get to your goal

This app is by far the best workout routine/calorie counting app. AI algorithms automatically adjust according to how many reps and at what weight to optimize gains. Other apps just tell you what weight and how many sets. This app does it all. The personal trainer feature is awesome. It's a real person that answers any questions you may have and mine even made me a diet plan according to my goals. If you were to do this at a gym it's upwards of $200. I seriously can't recommend this app more.

The AI coach is just a placebo, it talks a lot and does nothing. It understands the requests, then ignores it "I'll set up a 3-day split for you focusing on push, pull, and legs, ensuring that shoulders are included on both the push and pull days, with no leg exercises on those days. Here’s a brief overview: [...] I'll make these adjustments in your workout plan. You can check and approve the updated plan under "Suggested Changes" on your home page in the Coaching AI app" Nothing happened 🤷

It doesn't save any progress. I try to end the workout it also didn't. Not recommended.

Since taking payment after the free trial, the app doesn't work. Cleared cache, now goes to a new quiz, unable to finalize the AI plan, so I can cancel. App is a good concept, but there is no support, unable to modify training, glitchy, unable to save workout progress with throws stat's out. Cancel my sub and refund my payment.
