★★★★★ What a fantastic app, I have this app and it is so great to help me keep track of where I am and where I want to be!! I am able to record my training, food, sleep and meditation, It also allows me to hook my Fitbit into the app too. I can right daily notes on how I'm feeling or allows me to write down my weights I'm using to look back. It has reciepes as well which are friggin yummy, if there is an app you need to help you achieve your goals then this is it.

★★☆☆☆ Since I couldn't actually get it to work, I have no idea what this app does. First, it wouldn't accept the password that my coach gave me. So I used the forgot password option to reset my password and it kept crashing and force closing. Now, it tells me I have to update my password as soon as I log in, but when I do that it says my password confirmation does not match. If an app makes me want to throw my phone I delete it so buh-bye.
