FMB makes it easy to wash clothes and never forget your clothes are in the dryer. The app text when the cycle is complete. Not to mention that the washing machine does an excellent job of washing my clothes. I've gone to other laundry mats to was, and my clothes didn't smell clean. Thank you, FMB

I like using my phone to operate the washer and dryers better than the device that gives you a card for the washer and dryer when I was using that I was losing money from time to time good idea I don't have to keep up with the card or wondering do I have enough for a washer and dryer cycle

I have been using this app for over four years now and have never really had an issue. However, all of a sudden the app is playing background music that is attached to the location. If I turn the location off and close the app... I can't back into the app the only way to access the app is with location on.

You have pop up ads covering the home screen on your app. My fiancee and I spent an hour tonight trying to figure out how to use the damn app. Please remove the Google Ad Sense bar from appearing at the bottom of the app. Think of your customers please. It's so rude to expect us to remember that there's a utility bar under AN AD BAR THAT NEVER GOES AWAY AND FEELS LIKE MALWARE. Thanks.

This app is an inconvenience literally every single time I have to do laundry. The connectivity issues with the servers are constant, and the local Bluetooth connectivity with machines is extremely slow and inconsistent. The app crashes frequently - requiring multiple trips in and out of the laundry room to re-establish a link with the server - and I have had to re-install several times due to complete loss of function. I have no confidence in its security.
