For a longer time I was avoiding taking the city car rent, because they have a lot of negative feedback, but after b*lt blocked my account just in the front of their car because of their app error and all my 3-day-trip was about to go to hell I had no other option than to take the city. As a result my trip with them was amazing, customer support answered, wrote and called back really quickly and everything went smoothly and nicely. The price was also good.

Best car sharing app in Latvia, in my opinion. Good amount and variety of cars. Great customer service, they answer fast and adequate. I even got compensations for issues caused by previous drivers. They clearly care for customer experience. The only complaint I have is that the app is pretty slow, at least on my devices, but the product overall is still 5 stars

I uploaded my driving license, and it was approved by City Bee. I received a video call and was asked to hold my license next to my face. Everything was approved, and I was told I could use City Bee. A couple of weeks later at Vilnius airport I found my license was removed from my account. I got no email SMS or call to warn me. I had to use a taxi which cost over €150. City Bee has become untrustworthy. I recommend choosing a more professional car-sharing service like Bolt Drive

I just want to rent a car, I don't want to jump through hoops to refresh my pin code and for other nonsense.

Dumbest app ever. After registering it says "Please add the requested data to begin your journey with City Bee", which I did, but it doesn't let me go through the verification stage. I've done it like 10 times and still can't rent a car. I guess I must use Bolt Drive then.
