Works well for me. Definitely some good improvements since previous app, where one couldn't minis the app to look at other info without the info being logged being lost - it doesn't do that anymore.

App is not too bad. I find that one can report all sorts of faults and request services to fix these faults. But sadly lacking is a place to compliment or thank the city for responding and fixing faults. Please add an icon to that effect. Some of us would like to express our appreciation.

The map capabilities when you want to report a pothole is super bad. Please change so that you can search on the map and pin the location of a pothole. It takes hours to get the location on the map.

Since this app is supposed to deliver a service to the residents of the metro, why is there no option to get information regarding water outages in one's area? Sometimes a water outage can last 6 or more hours, and it is nearly impossible to find information regarding the outage. You have to phone a number and sit in a queue, and then you can barely hear what areas are affected. It would be nice to be able to use this app similarly to the load shedding app. It is very frustrating not to have water.

Since 24 Jan 2025 even more useless. Load Shedding not updated. Rather use the website. Eskom se Push does the job. Just remove your City app.
