The app does its job well. I took a star off because it doesn't have a specific feature that I find useful in its web counterpart. I would love to see the number of spots open in any class, and not just that spots are available. I can see this on the Web app. Other than this limitation, the app is responsive and helps book classes on the go. I like the feature that transfers bookings to my Google calendar - extending the functionality of the app. Thank you for making it so easy Chelsea Piers.

The app had a card listed that is not my default. I changed it, and it charged me a penny, but then listed a completely different card. This wasn't my error since I had to supply the CCV number. So I changed it again and got charged another penny. Yes, it's literally 2 cents, but 2 cents that shouldn't have been charged AT ALL because my default card -which is charged every month-wasn't listed.

Got no options to change my card number at all on my end and the gym has difficulties changing it for me on theirs.
