I was having a hard time accessing Charlie. Got on the phone with Brooke, and she first helped me reset my password. Why my other one didn't work is unknown. She then walked me through how to transfer some money to my bank. Asked if I understood or would she like me to have her stay with me, and we could go through the process together. I started to like Charlie but not having them a month, they closed my account. I found out by email which they could have called instead. I called to find out why, but the excuse was not what I had expected. They could have left a message incase someone other than me was using my app, but instead they closed it a week before I am supposed to get paid. At least they gave me a cut of date. I'm not happy about their decision, but they will not get a good rating from me.

Was excited to get the card. Love the early access of my SS. The downside to this card is if you go out of network, you will be charged fees by Charlie and the ATM fee. You have to physically go into a store just to use a fee free ATM. I will be closing this account and going back to a bank where I can use an ATM with no charges and I Don't have to walk in a store to get my money
