First time using Charge+ as a new EV driver. Am super pleased with the App as it is user-friendly and takes just 2 steps to activate charging. I also like the vast network which is important to me because my HDB car park has not installed EV chargers. I compared prices among the major players and Charge+ is cheapest. Keep it up !

Great that the $25 minimum credit limit has been removed. The app is easy to use but the charging station seems buggy. The charging station always stops charging randomly, leaving my car ½ charged or even uncharged. Walking back to restart the charge 5 times a day is extremely annoying and inconvenient. There's a new bug today - the charger ended the charge session early, but the app shows that I'm still charging. Now I am unable to stop the charge session or start a new session.

Use other providers as Charge+ requires you to topup NON-REFUNDABLE credits (As per T&Cs) in $25 increments. The charges per kWh are so low that in most situations, you are unlikely to exceed a few dollars (Most are slow AC chargers). The initial required minimum of $25 would immediately fall below the required minimum with a single charge and the next charge requires another $25 topup, bringing the total credits to around $40 or more. This is a quick money grab, as per other named reviewers.

Minimum account credit requirement to charge is $25. What's the logic behind this? And you don't show me the cost while im charging, if I charge till $24 credit left, and stop, I will only find out after the charging ends. And the next time i won't be able to charge until I top up a minimum of $25. Lousy business ethic thinking you can retain more customers. Yeah of course you retain us, but the moment we manage to use finish our credits, we will be gone.
