Great, easy care. I have accomplished so much with my mental health since I decided to stay consistent over the past year with them. Same day or next day care seems to always be available. Highly recommend you start here if you don't feel well enough to leave the house, you don't even have to be on camera if you feel uncomfortable doing that. I love this app and cerebral! It was easy to use, and after just a few minutes, I had been matched with a therapist. Appointments are easy to schedule in the app, and the appointment goes to my calendar, and you can schedule 4 weeks at a time. I am so incredibly happy with my therapist. She has helped me more than any therapists I have ever been to before. I am so happy with my progress! It has been amazing!

I decided to cancel my services, but I was billed the day before. I contacted support and asked for a refund which they refused. I'll just take it up with my credit card issuer instead and advise everyone to avoid this service with a 10-foot pole.

Trash app. I just need to see a therapist. The app doesn't update on its own and I had to miss my appointment dur to this.

I had been with Cerebral for 2 years. In those 2 years, they changed my prescriber 4 times. This last time, I asked for an esa letter, which I was denied because I had not established a relationship with my prescriber after going through 4 because they kept quitting the app. Save yourself the money and find someone else. They were decent when I was in a bind, but now the app is glitchy, and the care team changes every 4 months. It's not been a great experience.
