The app don't always work does not let us log in and when we logged out it's saying we are still in call

I've changed my pin and password twice, and both times very soon after a splash screen reports the apps 'security has been breached' so I've been told, using my details!?. I don't trust this app with my personal data. Also, half the functions don't work properly, and it only saves the last one and a half days of carers log in detailed reports!

Ambulance service. Tried to leave notes for a patient. No facility to do so within the app. Patient will now be taken to the emergency department with no ability to leave notes behind for carers and no paper trail. Help number for Cera listed within the app is not in service. Cera number on Google does not work either. Poor show.

Would be better if carers had to sign in and out whilst at the visit. Some days a carer is showing as signed in over 12 hours later.
