★★★★★ Century I have no problem with them century Federal credit Union The problem is the internal system needs totally updated reformatted, and it seems like they do it every 6 months maybe every 7 months your service are real slow, and it takes a while before it boots up otherwise than that there's no problem with them, you need to update their computer system which is mean at this generation AI

★★☆☆☆ You need to tell your previous users that this is another app we have to download, we currently are waiting for the older app to update. We are UNAWARE we need a whole new app! That's terrible customer service, we would have been waiting forever had I not went to the website. It was said that Online/Mobile Banking was Down until the 2nd, I've been waiting, and the older app still does not work. I went to the website and a brand-new app appears. Please Advise Others because I am just annoyed by this.

★★☆☆☆ The app is terrible and banking with it is the worst decision I've ever mad, and I'm pretty sure they steal. Go to Huntington they give better rates anyway. Trash
