Dr. Cunningham was exceptional!! On a video chat, when I gave her my symptoms, she asked the right questions and had the knowledge to know what I had. Even if I had something of less severity she had to rule out the worst case issue. She was Right On! I thank her for what she did. She highly recommended in my book.

Useless. The first time you use it, it's your average app, but if you have to come back to it, and schedule something for example, a follow-up appointment, the entire process begins all over again. What that means is, you have to start everything from scratch and answer 100 questions as if you were starting for the first. There is no phone number for you to call and when they call you they refused to help you except to walk you through the entire app process all over which is redundant.

Zero stars, get ready to be an Alpha tester for this app. 10 count em 10 interactions with staff for a 15-minute appointment. Doctor was amazing. Everything between me and her dismal. It's a big black mark on Cedars, very unfortunate
