★★★★★ Great way to get extra discounts. Well worth checking if available through Cash rewards before making any purchases.

★★★★★ It takes a while to get the cashback approved, but it's a great way to earn some cash back when shopping. They have a lot of popular brands available as well.

★★☆☆☆ Unreliable and sometimes scandalous is the summary. I had occasions when I purchased things through Cash rewards app but not got any cashback. On claiming for missing cashback it's just declined without any reason or communication.

★★☆☆☆ I tried to sign up, but then I cannot log in because "the email address or password is wrong", although I'm 100% sure I typed them correctly. However, I click "forgot my password" and they emailed me to reset my password. When I submitted the new password, a notification popped up saying "Something went wrong. Try again later." I have tried this 4x and that's what happened every time.

★★☆☆☆ I made several purchases via Cash rewards in 2024, on sites including Temu, The Good Guys, etc. The prices listed on Cash rewards aren't the best offered prices, in fact they're usually higher than the actual sale price on the retail sites. Also, the cashback I received was always less than what I calculated; they explained it was because they have different rate for different date, so be aware. Customer service response can also take a very long time to reach you.
