★★★★★ The back button needs to be fixed. It exits you out of the whole app.

★★★★★ Android user: I got the error message everyone else is getting, but the app itself works just fine. I was able to set up payment and choose my provider without issue.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work! For a big company like Care first BCBS, their app should work and show consistency. Poor reflection on the company.

★★☆☆☆ Hardly ever loads. Terrible. This app seems nothing more than an interface for their website. And it doesn't load or complete login most of the time. Better off going to the website instead of this garbage app. Useless.

★★☆☆☆ Update: This is the worst Android app that I have ever used. The app is unstable and difficult to navigate. It's not what should be expected from a medical insurance app.
