Your app only gives me balance and what payment for month but no other details since last month and a half.

I haven't been able to use this app because of a bug in MONTHS. Cannot use the app at all anymore to make payments towards my card and I have to call now every month which is incredibly inconvenient

I use their credit card when I had some financial difficulties over the past year. Never missed a payment and recently paid $1,000 towards the balance. My credit was then reduced by $800 because my credit to debt ratio was too high which this policy only increases that ratio. I will pay off this card and never use it again

App used to work great. About 2–3 months ago I'm having issues getting all functions of the app. I can see balance and make payment. Nothing else. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, twice. Same problem Appears I'm not the only one as I see here, so clearly it's a bad app and needs to be fixed on FNBO side.
