Idea is good, the product is HIGHLY IMPRACTICAL. In continuous trkng mode batt lasts 3 to 5 hrs. If ping freq of 10 min thn batt lasts a day- which it does not. Then consider a daily once ping to mke it last cple of days. Ths too cn be done wth the belief that in an emerg I cld shift to continuous mode n trk my pet - but this is tedious. Tech supp zilch n highly inaccurate location. Do not buy, experimental mode.

This app is useless. I have tried multiple times to connect with the gps and every time they have some issue not connecting. The QR codes don't link. 3rd party apps don't work either. The app keeps crashing every minute. The need to work on their program and make a safe and user-friendly app for pet parents who have spent thousands of rupees on their product and now its just sitting there not working.
