★★☆☆☆ Not worth downloading. The map provided is very difficult to follow and do not match up with the audio guide numbers provided in each room. In addition, the app is overcomplicated trying to make the tour into some sort of game where you collect points. (Even after selecting "adult".) Only gets a 2nd star as on the singular time I was able to listen to the guide it was very informative.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to download at all on Wi-Fi network provided. The audio content also doesn't download at all on Wi-Fi provided. Completed tour without the audio guide.

★★☆☆☆ Review is about app, not Royal Chapel complex (which is definitely worth a visit). Download ahead of time, not at venue, & open it to check it works. Has a silly design fault where information about the chapel is only downloaded AFTER you actually open it. For me this meant multiple attempts (over a weak 4G connection inside building) where it got to 70-80% and then failed, but DIDN'T keep the previous data for the next upload attempt. Also, just read the guide, as audio is annoying AI voice
