★★☆☆☆ Poor service by Canada Post. I paid $52 for expedited delivery with insurance to my home. I received an email providing the expected delivery date with a tracking code, then a second email said the delivery would be delayed by 3 day which was acceptable to me. Well, the delivery was on the original day promised except Canada Post delivered a notice for me to collect the parcel from a local post office. I was at home at the time and there was no attempt to deliver the package. Poor service.

★★☆☆☆ I love that it tracks my packages however, within the last month it's become very inaccurate with tracking. Things I just ordered say they have arrived right after adding them to tracking, sometimes I get a notification and the packages arrived, and it has not and later on that day it changes to a different delivery date, sometimes there is no update after shipper submitting electronic info.

★★☆☆☆ App works great but Canada post itself is USELESS. I hope every worker has the day they deserve not delivering mail, so they can strike right before Xmas
