★★★★★ I use this app to buy Caltrain tickets on the days I commute to work. It's really convenient because I don't have to get to the station before time and purchase a paper ticket that I can lose.

★★★★★ In its current iteration, makes purchasing tickets and parking passes easy (no hassle of tagging on/off with clipper card). Would like to see the option to buy monthly passes or see real time delays in the future though.

★★☆☆☆ Consistently does not show purchased tickets in the app. Takes extremely long time to process so if you buy a ticket + parking, meaning you can't buy it until you actually get to the station and park, there is no way your ticket shows up in time for you to use it on a train that morning. Always buy a physical ticket instead. Schedule is a PDF instead of in the app, so it's very difficult to read and not at all mobile friendly which is ridiculous for a mobile app....

★★☆☆☆ Utterly unreliable - most of the time when I open the app it just stays on the loading screen

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work. When I need to buy a ticket, the app is just frozen at the initial logo "powered by moovel". Moovel doesn't seem to care that their app never progresses; no response from Moovel. Other times when I click "buy product" it just freezes with an infinite spinner. I checked my internet connection is working, in the browser and in other apps. But nothing happens in this Caltrain by Moovel app.
