★★☆☆☆ Contacted customer service to ask about their service. Representative who assisted me didn't want to assist bec I didn't have a business email. Was argumentative, sarcastic and rude. I can't imagine how hard it would be to ask for their help if I encounter any bugs, issues or any roadblocks. Poor customer service. Not recommended.

I sign up from business account... after verification email of call hippo.then they told download mobile app, I downloaded and trying to sign in my account, they said enter the OTP for verification, but I didn't receive any OTP, I write it down to help center, they just repeatedly saying you mistyped your email address, check it. But, I found it completely right no mistakes in typing, still they are repeating same answer instead of solving my problem. Bad experience
