Worst app! They never take the customer seriously and always listen to their driver. I booked the cab from Delhi their driver called me and said you have to pay toll taxes on your own. I said taxes are included in the taxi price, but he said pay karna pena. I tried to explain the customer service executive, but they are not listening and taking the driver side and never give my refund back. And in one booking they initiated the refund which never comes in my account. Fraud

We had an extremely disappointing experience with CabBazar We booked two SUVs, and just six hours before pickup, they demanded an extra ₹1000 per car. Despite the inconvenience, we agreed to pay, but shockingly, they canceled both cabs just three hours before our departure, leaving us stranded with no alternative options. Such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Completely unreliable service, would never recommend.
