The E ticket option makes the process so much easier than before

Brilliant app and convenient. The only downside is the app doesn't come with the option to cancel plan(s) and there's no return money option within the app. For the return policy I had to call c2c customer care. Although it was lengthy, I successfully managed to return my cancellation plans (booked two tickets by mistake). Brilliant service. Welk done.

The C2C Smart Card is a great asset for tickets via the C2C app and is simple to use.

Poorly designed and glitchy. The color scheme makes it hard to read, there are too many steps from selecting your ticket to payment. When it has managed to accept your card and take payment, you need to hold your smart card against your phone to load. Which would be fine, but it now makes no noise, and doesn't tell you ticket loaded. So you just have to hope it's loaded and check your tickets. Perhaps you should raise prices to pay for a better app? Useless con artists.

Used to work fine, but now it's wasted money as ticket won't transfer onto smart card, have to buy 2 tickets for the 1 journey

I am unable to load tickets onto my smart card. Have never been able to. Why would I want to collect from the station if I can "easily" (NOT) load my smart card at home. Total frustration.
