I have been home sick, unable to do a food shop. I came across Stymie and they have been brilliant. I have got to know my shopper, and she always knows what can be swapped and what I need. Always, so helpful and kind. The customer service is brilliant too, any issue I've had have been solved quickly. My only issue at the moment is that my Dunnes shop doesn't collect the points. I do know that Stymie are working on this.

Finding it extremely helpful. I get it dropped to work weekly. Where I live doesn't do delivery So handy, some great shoppers and as soon as I get used to them there are different ones. Can be annoying. But all in all very happy with the service.

This company are scammers staying away from them. Use Dunnes own online platform instead. They take a holding fee well over the amount of your order total. After the order was completed, and I try to get my extra money back they justify not giving it all back to me with service fees. Items that I added to my basket were not there after shopping began, and they never gave me my physical receipt from Dunnes. Avoid them.

Charges a platform/service charge (7%?) on your basket and then adds delivery fees. Yet their real trick is that they'll declare ~40% of the items you've ordered as unavailable and refund you their cost as "stymie credit" but would never refund you the 7% platform fee on those items. This is just one small example of their underhanded practices. And don't get me started on the 10 euro off 50 Vouchers on Dunnes that never actually get added to your account.
