★★☆☆☆ The bug where it asks for lock screen password ruins the whole app. Not about to remove my lock screen password just so I could use this app.

★★☆☆☆ As others have mentioned it, there is a bug that keeps asking for fingerprint/screen password. And no - saying that it is a bug with the device itself is not a solution. I've already reinstalled the app four times, it works fine for a while, but eventually it will crash at the worst time, e.g., when standing at reception when you have to provide your insurance card. Please fix this issue, otherwise the app is unusable.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to book a consultation with the emed doctors. It kepts redirecting me to the same page .not able book the appointment till now
