★★★★★ The app seems to work just fine, it would be better if I could sign in with Google, etc., but it just takes 5 extra mins to make an account. You do need to put in your CVV to order online with a card, it saves the card but not the CVV. The restaurant is a bit pricey but in this case you do get what you pay for, the delivery service is quick and reliable and the food is generally very good. They have great communication and always call right away if there is any issue with the order or anything.

★★★★★ Boston Pizza as a restaurant generally offers great service and quality food. The app is generally very user-friendly and a convenient way to order for pickup and delivery options. I would like to offer a suggestion for an app improvement idea. Can you add a feature to add a tip to the same order after delivery? There are times when delivery speed and food quality would deserve a higher tip than the determined amount. There are other apps for services that allow this option. Thanks

★★☆☆☆ Keeps crashing can't open, won't let me order food says no delivery available which isn't true. Online and on the app.

★★☆☆☆ Keeps getting worse somehow... The location nearest is often greyed out, and I can't order from them, so I have to call in. Useless.

★★☆☆☆ Makes you enter your address and find the local restaurant every time you want to order. The text boxes are unreadable because the keyboard covers it when you go to type. To Place an order you are forced to use a credit card even for pick-up compared to other competitors this app is sub par.

★★☆☆☆ Never works properly, says local store that I've ordered delivery from numerous times doesn't deliver to my address every single Tuesday when I try to order for pasta Tuesday, so it's completely useless, I'll just make dinner myself and save myself the copious amounts of sodium in literally everything you have. Cleared data to try to resolve, and now I can't sign in to the app even after a password reset but able to sign in on the website? Although it still claims no delivery to my address 🤦‍♀️
