We fast name change to borzo but the service for delivery partner not changed. Price also not as per km and customer support not there. Helpline for partner should be 24/7 if the app provides full day service. Company should think about rate for partner. Borzo learn something from Porter.

Please give options for driver partner with on call support for any issues. I had travelled 12 kms to reach the pickup location, after reaching I had marked I have arrived and also called the customer but after 15 minutes they had cancelled the order. My effort of going that far was wasted, it was a bit outside where we don't get orders offen, which wasted my time, effort and everything which creates a loss to the drivers and to address these issues we don't have the support team for drivers
