I love the Boots app. Viewing all the products is so easy, and they sell all of my favorite brands plus they are one of the first places for new beauty products. I spend hours browsing this app. It is one of my favorites. Never any issues with the app itself. The only niggle I do have is when signing into my account, it often texts an otp, this can take up to half an hour to come through? It's annoying when I want to check out my basket.

It is awful very slow and outdated jumps all over the place been like this for year did hope it would have improved by now plus my card was on it now gone this is no good when you're at the register also my card can't be found on this nightmare of an app just awful. I have just seen other reviews DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEMATIC APP please

Terrible. Omg asks me to rate this every time I load an offer. I rated this agesssss ago. IV rated it what more do you want...but no, ask me EVERY SINGLE TIME why not!-with no option to answer..."IV done it!!!!!". Just jaded now...will click rate app each time cos this thing is a moron...and iv just given up Update...this is the worst app iv got...still asking each time... seemingly no one reads this...what's the point. If I could give zero stars I would.

Awful Second time I can't use my advantage card online .no password sent through. Lost points on first spend of more than, £57 on Fybogel tablets now tried to get 83 m head for Braun series 8 razor, same thing's happened.
