I did not receive my oder that was supposed to have arrived at the 12 January 2025, yet the order was ordered on the 11 January 2025 before 11pm and I paid for next day delivery. I am soo disappointed as it was my first time ordering from Boohman shop online. Still no update and today is the 13 January 2025. If my order is not delivered today, I will have to take it further up.

Hi, I ordered two pairs of slim fit joggers in light blue which were light blue😊, I also ordered a pair in spearmint green which were gray yes there were grey😭 and both were in the size xs, and to be honest I could have fit a family of four in them, but sadly there were for me, I would have returned but yet again it's like a minefield to navigate your site, so I have decided to them to charity and not buy anything from you again because I am not color blind and your sizing is all guess work,

While the clothes look nice, and they have a great variety of items. Your app and website are garbage. It's like it doesn't want to run. It couldn't view my wishlist, it took forever for the interface to pop up, and it's annoying to keep closing it out and opening back up JUST for it to keep doing it. You guys have MULTIPLE people saying the same thing. There's no reason you haven't fixed or updated it. Edit: I changed it to 1 star bc I thought switching devices would magically change it but NOPE

Ordered 2 two items but I wanted to cancel the second one, but there is no way according to them to do that. The ordered has not been dispatched yet and still they can't cancel the 2nd one. The only way is to return the item when received and the returns are not free.
