My trimmer is not working to my satisfaction. According to customer service and company policy we need to submit our video for product not working. Like what about privacy ? Is this thing you are asking for real ? Are you guys out of your brains? How can you ask for video showing product not working. I would not recommend to order from bombay shaving company as returns are not easy. These companies ask for advance payment and later on returns show their true color. My Ticket is 78367.
