Just use the website. This Horrible app is not worth it.!!!!! Always gives an error message saying to try again later. And... the website goes farther back in your transaction history and gives you a little more detail.

I'm trying to check my card balance on a prepaid card I received. I reached someone by email after they do not answer phones. They told me since I called the phone number on the back of the card I was charged 5 dollars off my balance. I said I did not agree to that or know that. Then I try to figure out how to check the card which brings me to this app with horrible reviews and the darn thing won't even install, apparently. It literally told me 10 minutes ago, "this app will be installed soon".
