The app is next to useless. A bit like the bus company itself. It says the times are live, but the "live" times are just timetable countdowns, which will just sit at 1 or 2 mins until the bus actually shows up. If it even shows up. The live map earns it a star as the one redeeming feature, but even that's wrong half the time, or just doesn't show buses. All in all, a miserable experience, just like having to travel by Blue star.

My blue star bus app is no longer working any more for me as all it does it will not load & keeps on throwing me out !! So now I can't even use it to see where the buses are & luckily I've not got any active bus tickets on it as if I had a blue star bus ticket on their app I can't access it because it just keeps throwing me out off there blue star bus app
