The most frustrating system I've ever used. My apt. Building switched to using this app to unlock the doors, and it takes, at minimum, 15–30 seconds to unlock the door. I frequently have to restart my phone before I'm able to get into the building, causing me to be outside in the cold. I've also gotten logged out multiple times, requiring me to email building management to get a verification code to be able to log back in. If you or your business is looking for a reliable system, look elsewhere.

Android unfriendly-background location services drain battery by 25% just turning on phone. Does not allow location services during use only. Must reinstall app and credentials every morning when I park my car. Will resort to badge access going forward.

The app is very inconsistent, it's works at times. I walk up to a door and I hear it unlock, comes back 20 minutes later same door walk up and nothing happens. App is running in the background, location is on, firmware is up-to-date and power is at 100 percent along with 32ms advertising period what's going on. This app needs an update.
