★★★★★ Telling me who my driver is before they pull up relieves some of my anxiety, as someone who is legally blind and on the autism spectrum.

★★☆☆☆ I have to help my mother n law with this bus app it is just a hot mess, never have times that you need, or she has to go to work hrs earlier because she just gets yelled at when she calls in (she's handicapped) when the tines get mixed up because it complicated to use when booking more than 1 rode, yet many people are able to call and book their rides, yet the tell her to use the app when she can barely see it to use it. The regular bus app is so much easier to use then this one.
