★★★★★ So Relieving and Useful to use for Students.

★★★★★ It is more informational and aesthetic online platform, and it is easy to use for educational purposes only

★★☆☆☆ I keep needing to log in every time I open the app. It's getting really annoying.

★★☆☆☆ The recent update has a bug and I can't open Blackboard on my phone. Happens every month and is still a problem 2 years later in 2024

★★☆☆☆ Why does it ask me if I want to stay signed in if it's just going to sign me back out in a few hours anyway? And why does it default to listing all the courses I've ever taken instead of just my open ones?

★★☆☆☆ Imagine your app gets purchased by private equity, gets an unnecessary facelift, and then functionality decreases. Why should private equity own software? Just let the software run, let schools pay, and fix bugs. There is hardly any competition in this sector, so why bother fixing something that wasn't broken? Since the Anthology update, the app crashes on first open and doesn't save your PW. Now the app can't even stay open, it crashes every time. If I were a school, I'd switch to canvas.
