Such a busy, confusing app. I download it to see the menu. Nowhere to be found. No menu! And good luck finding how many ounces in each size. App developers are trying way too hard these days and failing. Do you not use your own apps?!

Soooo.... Evidently they went through a technical transition. I went to go buy coffee at the window and all my points were gone. Barcode in the app didn't scan, I wasn't notified that the app had changed. Never got an email... I have another coffee membership that recently changed as well, somehow it wasn't hard to email their customers. App deleted, avoiding BlackRock from now on.

Terrible. Can't even make an account. I've no idea how many points I have, and the password requirements are specified.

I want to like the app, it was working great, but now it takes FORVER to load or simply won't load. I can no longer redeem rewards or view current offers as it simply puts me on an endless loading screen.
