Constant false notifications, app doesn't allow changing setting when used with nvr the video playback for notifications completely out of sync time wise with the actual person who caused the notifications alert alarm ect.

App is unreliable, cameras are always offline. When I contacted support I was told to reboot the system. Works half the time. Motion detection does not alert me. All the features that were advertised is a total sham. Worse app ever.

The time settings doesn't work. The CCTV is out of time frame and can't be changed. The motion detection doesn't play back recordings. The whole app is badly made you can't click on options to do anything. The CCTV I paid over £700 was a waste of money because of these issues, and you have to buy cloud storage to have motion detection that does not even work. I wish I bought a different CCTV system
