★★☆☆☆ Awful. You need a Korean mobile number in order to 2 step verify. Impossible to use as a foreigner. App should be banned to download outside of Korea.

★★☆☆☆ This company is scamming users. I am a user of Bithumb Global, which operated under the brand name Bithumb. I tried to contact them via their support mail, but they never responded to me. 100% pass by this exchange. You will probably be scammed and will not get your money back.

★★☆☆☆ Guys stay pretty far away from this app, it's a fraud. I have my money locked up for some years now, they keep asking for ID verification and believe me you won't be able to upload bcos they removed English out of their App. If you're able to hear their language and finally upload the ID, they'll tell you it's not supported. It has to be an ID issued by their government or else, your fund is a gunner.
