2 weeks ago, we purchased an EKO 75" Google TV. Well worth the effort. Can't recommend them enough. The only problem was the Google Remote Control wouldn't work. EKO were useless and rude to deal with, and no help at all unless we wanted to jump through their hoops or PAY $39 for a new remote that is covered under warranty. BIG W, on the other hand, especially Rachel on the service desk, who went out of her way to ensure we received a new remote with no fuss. Thank you so much Rachel.

I ordered air fryer online & I can't track the order. Even the status of delivered orders are still "on its way". I changed my mind, but they didn't refund my money or deliver my air fryer. I tried to contact courier please & big W but no solutions for almost 1 month now

Edited-Extremely bad customer service. I ordered an item during Black Friday sale. Paid $50 for delivery and because they're sold too much they delayed my delivery not prioritizing people who paid for delivery and not I got another item I paid for on the same day with free delivery before the one I paid for. Wow and I actually get a reply here before I get a reply from big W about my order 🤬 trying to save face in the App Store rather than help their customer. That's just insulting

Terrible.... I tried to purchase items and have them delivered.... Wouldn't accept my delivery address. I have had previous deliveries here... Bad luck BIG W. I went elsewhere and had excellent, quick, checkout and delivery service on their app.

I hate the big w market. I want to know what you have in store. Why should we have to scroll through heaps of market items. Please have the option to turn off the BIG W market. It's terrible and wrecks the app. I want to by direct.
