I like the fact that items are grouped together by type for the most part. They offer many items put together into 1 lot. Tons of items, with accurate descriptions. As usually the occasional lot without a single bid because there is just no demand for it. But that's better than them bundling junk in with other lots just to get rid of it, which is not good. I would like to see them implement "categories" to make it easier to filter for items of interest.

I'm hooked! I have participated in six auctions now and have loved every one of them! The company has great employees and the owner gets to know his customers by actively participating in each stage of the auction. He goes out of his way to work with you and make sure you are satisfied with the whole experience. I can't wait for the next auction!

Use to love this place. Then since I couldn't pay for auctions. After 1. I was awaiting a new bank card since my other one came up missing.2. I had an unexpected family emergency out of state, and it took ALL my funds I had to pay 4 my ticket 2go to be with my family member. I now came back want 2bid on auctions & 2b in pre-approved status to bid. I emailed contact person on app & they won't even respond to my question on why I'm unable 2bid. Bad customer service Childish behavior on their part
